The only way to get to reach end goals is by taking a lot of small steps in the right direction. And while my main goals addressed here are health and fitness related, I can’t achieve those if I’m not on top of other areas of my life. So yes, going to the gym is important to become more fit, but so is keeping the kitchen clean and not procrastinating on my work.
I’ve outlined the daily actions that will help me reach my goals, and given each a point value (ex: cleaning all dishes before bed is +1, yoga class +2, going to CrossFit +4, 15 minutes of cleaning +4, etc). The habits that lead me away from my goal are given a negative points value (drinking alcohol -1, eating sugar -3, etc).
